Bulk Hair
Ponytail Bulk Raw Hair
A section of hair is bundled by a rubber band before cutting to make sure roots and tips are not mixed. These bundles will be tested for tangling and color test. Then, wash the hair using shampoo and conditioner. This is raw hair so removal of gray hair, lice and nits are not done. The bundles are remained intact and hackling processes to remove the short hairs are not made.
Single Drawn Natural Color Bulk Hair
A section of hair is bundled by a rubber band before cutting to make sure roots and tips are not mixed. These bundles will be tested for tangling and color test. Then, wash the hair using shampoo and conditioner. The gray hair, lice and nits are removed.
Unlike ponytail, the hackling process to remove the short hair is done so that the hair is ready for use for hair extensions, clip-ins and hair accessories. It is called single drawn because the hair is hackled in a hackling comb and drawn them to make all the roots aligned by cutting the top of the bundle. The end part is not cut and retained it at its natural state. In single drawn hair, about 70% to 80 % of the hair strands are of the same length. For example, if your order is 16 inches single drawn hair, about 70 to 80% of that bundle is at least 16 inches and the 20% to 30% is a mix of other length like 12 to 14 inches. This combination is more than enough to produce a good volume hair extensions.
Double Drawn Bulk Hair
After doing the initial process like tangle test, color test, washing and conditioning, the hair will undergo the hackling process and removing of the short hairs. The remaining hair will be drawn and both the roots and the tips are cut such that the whole bundle of hair is of the same length. Meaning, if you order 16 inches double drawn hair, then all strands are 16 inches without any short hair fillers
