To produce closures, lace wigs, and toupees, you need a hair and a cap base, which serves as a scalp. There are two methods to attach the hair strand to the cap.

A. Knotting, also called the "ventilation” process by hair producers.

B. Injection Process, whereby the hair strand is injected.

La Filipina is offering both knotting and injection services. Clients may supply the hair and we will ship the finished product upon completion. To ensure the hair is distributed evenly, we use a "count hair in the box” system. This means that prior to production, a work instruction is made to guide our workers on how many strands of hair will be placed in a certain imaginary box. We know that this process will require longer time but this system is better compared to just estimating the hair that is to be implanted, which will usually result in a heavy volume in one part and lighter portion in another.

Depending on the size of the product- fee ranges from $55 to $200 per piece.
